Transferable Skill Sets
The identification of transferable skill sets is one the most difficult aspects of resume development. Transferable skills are skills that are acquired in a past employment situations and can be transfered into a sometimes completely different job. Most people have a very weak appreciation for the skills they possess. Recalling past work or school situations can usually bring out situations that help identify acquired skills. Past situations are also a effective way to identify accomplishments.
